A medium body 100% tempranillo from Rioja, Spain. East of the capital, Haro, in Rioja and quite close to the Basque Country, the name of this wine is "Jarrarte", which is both a name of an area near the river, and its etymology derives from Basque, "Arte" meaning 'between' and "Jarra" meaning stones. Unique to this tempranillo is the Carbonic Maceration choice for winemaking. Expect fruity aromas of black and red fruits, spice, and easy-going tannins.
