Waterman's London Porter is a traditional 5.1% London-style porter brewed by Altitude Brewing in Queenstown, New Zealand, in collaboration with Gibbston's Fleck Water. Brewed using mineral-rich spring water from Fleck Water in Gibbston, which originates from rain and snow falling on high country with an average recharge altitude of 1,700 meters before filtering through local schist for roughly 50 years.
