Dolcetto is Piedmont's everyday red — deceptively named "little sweet one" despite being properly dry. From Borgogno's estate fruit, it's bright ruby with violet reflections, showing raspberry and citrus with a medium body, crisp acidity and Dolcetto's characteristic gentle finish.
