This bottle marks the first white wine produced by Borgogno in over 250 years of winemaking. The estate is otherwise famous for traditional red Barolo wines. The name translates to "It's about time" in Italian. It honors a playful remark from the family matriarch when the winery finally decided to craft a white wine. The grapes grow high in the hills of Madonna di Como in the Langhe region. The cool air and limestone-clay soils help the fruit keep its bright freshness.
