Mezcal Bozal Ensemble is a blend of three different Maguey varietals, produced by three different Maestro Mezcaleros from two different towns in Oaxaca, Mexico. Wild grown Agave Mexicano and Barril are blended with cultivated Agave Espadin; resulting in a light and easy sipping mezcal which will take your palate on a journey through  developing complexity and a lengthy finish. The Espadin brings balance of earth and floral notes to round out the powerful and complex notes of the Mexicano and Barril which bring forward citrus, spice and herbaceousness. If you're looking for an easy to drink Mezcal that still offers powerful undertones and a mid-weight palate then this one is for you.
