Handcrafted in small batches in our Tasmanian made copper pot still. The 12 botanicals are macerated in the still for over 20 hours, with subsequent still run taking 12-to-14 hours. Running off the still at 78%, Poltergeist Unfiltered is cut to 46% with Tasmanian mountain water.
