Calling it now: this is the drink of the summer! Canella’s Bellini is the Venetian classic done properly. It’s Prosecco blended with ripe white peach purée and a few drops of raspberry, straight from the Veneto. It pours blush pink and gently sparkling, full of juicy peach and white flowers.

There’s no muddling, blending or mess, because the whole thing comes pre-batched in a 750ml bottle. Chill it, pop it and pour it. It’s made for long lunches, beach picnics and Christmas morning.
