Only 204 dozen were made. It’s wild fermented on full solids in French barriques and matured nine months in 40% new oak. The nose is restrained and complex, with almond croissant, lemon curd, jasmine and a hint of sea breeze. The palate brings nectarine and ripe peach with toffee apple and toasted almond. It’s richly textured but poised, finishing long and creamy with flinty, mineral notes that will build with age.
