A small-batch Chenin (just 270 dozen) from the Karri-Davies family’s Wilyabrup vineyard. It’s mostly tank fermented in a dry style, with a small wild-ferment portion in older barrels. Expect apple, pear and a little flint on the nose. The palate is crunchy like a fresh pink lady apple, with pineapple and pawpaw adding weight and bright acidity carrying it long. Great with seafood or spicy Asian dishes.
