This Haitan cane spirit is produced from heritage sugar cane strains, fermented with wild yeasts and distilled in traditional pot stills. Notes of chopped green herbs, light flowers, lime rind, tropical fruits (papayas, bananas), citrus rind, a little earthy spice, sea spray, and icing sugar.
