Delamain XO shares with the House’s best cognacs the privilege of having being aged beneath the Grand Chai, an 18th-century building, with limestone walls offering ideal conditions of humidity and adaptation to variations of temperature, essential for the concentration of aromas. XO is one of the oldest age classification, controlled by the cognac appellation.
