Riverland natural-wine favourites making light reds with serious character. This year it’s darker, with ripe cherry, blackberry, cocoa and allspice over earthy richness. The palate is a touch fuller but still smooth and bright, and a cranberry-like acidity keeps it long. Each variety is wild fermented separately in stainless steel with only 4–5 days on skins. Serve chilled!
