It’s made from Bianco d’Alessano grown on the Sherwood Estate in Loxton North, which is the only planting of this Puglian grape in Australia. It’s wild fermented in stainless steel and finished under crown seal for a gentle fizz. A classic vintage brings banana lolly, tropical fruit and passionfruit, yet it stays dry and refreshing with acidity that keeps it neat. This is an afternoon-in-the-sun wine!
