It’s Vermentino – but maybe not quite as you know it! A French for one, and perhaps with more textural weight than its Italian counterpart. Still a crisp and fresh white, but with enough interesting layers to keep your palate engaged. It features ripe pear, white peach, and apricot layered over a slightly saline mineral edge. This is one to crack on a sunny winter’s day.
