Domaine Pernot-Bélicard is a small, well-regarded wine producer based in Puligny-Montrachet, Burgundy.

This specific Aligoté comes from "old vines" (vieilles vignes) planted by Philippe's grandfather in 1956 and 1971 in the limestone-rich soils of Puligny-Montrachet. It is bright and aromatic, featuring notes of citrus zest, white peach, white flowers, and flinty minerality with a balanced, zippy finish.

It works very well as a refreshing aperitif or paired with seafood, especially oysters, roasted prawns, and soft cheeses
