The Dormilona Orenji 2026 is an approachable skin-contact "orange" white wine crafted by winemaker Josephine Perry in Margaret River, Western Australia. Hand-harvested organic grapes are fermented on their skins for two weeks in open-top fermenters, aged in a cement egg and barrel, and bottled with minimal intervention (no fining, no filtration, and just a touch of sulphur).
