It is a "White Stout". While it pours with a pale golden color rather than the typical pitch black of a traditional stout, it tricks your senses into tasting chocolate and sweet cream. It is brewed with a heavy body of ale malt, wheat malt, and flaked oats, and heavily conditioned with cacao nibs, lactose milk sugar, and sweet vanilla paste. The result tastes like a liquid cookies-and-cream dream with a thick, pillowy texture.
