Heightened aromatics of rose petals, musk, ginger, and incense embellish fruit notes of fig, citrus, lychee, and gooseberry. Skin contact and naturally low acidity give a silken texture. Fermentation on juice solids with indigenous yeast and in ceramic eggs, and old oak builds complexity without distracting from varietal purity and exoticness.
