The first in a series of experimental hoppy beers that showcases the growth and technique of the Fontaine brewing team. This seriously hop-forward IPA features Phantasm and Thiol Boosters alongside Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Cryo Mosaic, Motueka Hop Kief and Garston Motueka hops and Verdant IPA Yeast. The resulting brew is an assault to the nose (in a good way!) with huge hoppy fruit aromas wafting from the glass. The palate is lush and full with tropical citrus notes meeting barely-there bitterness.
