Bright, fresh and zesty; this Sour Ale was fermented with a Brett strain which punches out a lot of fruit flavours, though fruit has never touched this beer. Combined with a mix of Lactobacillus and conditioned for 6 months in stainless tanks to enhance the bright flavours.
