A tart and vibrant Saison that will develop in the bottle over years. This beer was crafted with Belgian pilsner malts, Australian rolled wheat, aromatic Motueka hops and Fontaine's house culture. Finally the beer spent time in egg fermenters then in barrels to continue its developement. The result is a wildy aromatic and complex Saison that delights the senses.
