The 2023 vintage is a fantastic year which is characterised by exceptional detail and perfume with fleshy fruit, lots of fine ripe tannin and length. Hand-picked from our oldest and most exceptional parcels of dry-grown cabernet, the Block 5 was fermented in small parcels including concrete tank and matured in French oak hogshead barrels.
