Frank Cornelissen Susucaru Rosato is a cult-status, skin-fermented natural rosé wine produced on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily, Italy.

It behaves more like a light, structured red wine or a Jura-style trosseau than a typical pale, crisp poolside rosé. It offers a hazy salmon-garnet or dark-pink hue with an orange tinge.

Crafted with a low-intervention philosophy, including about 10 days of skin contact for texture, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, full malolactic fermentation, and aging in neutral fiberglass or epoxy tanks with little to no added sulfur.
