A blend of Verdelho, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay fermented on skins for one week (except the Chardonnay, which was one month on skins), aged in older oak for three months then bottled early for freshness. Wild ferment, no acid adds, no fining or filtering. It’s full of tropical vibes and citrus with great texture and mouth filling phenolics. Super fun drinking, with or without food.
