Classic Watervale Riesling at a great price. It’s pale yellow with a green tinge, with lime, lemon and apple blossom on the nose. The palate is pure, with citrus drive and bright, zesty acidity, finishing long and textured. Green apple and lime zest lead, with a fine chalky texture and a lemon-sherbet tang that keeps you going back.
