Sea spray, saline minerality, a crackle of lime juice, crunchy green apple and pink grapefruit with a sense of margarita cocktails and light, herbal uplift just-so in all that. So very, very refreshing, textural in grip and tuck, pucker and slate-like grip with tart and tangy fruit characters married to something juicier and prettier, but all the while precise and fine boned. Sleek, very good salty white wine vibes, though you could say there’s a sense of pedigree in any paradigm. What. A. Beauty.
