The Domaine Ganevat Les Varrons Vieilles Vignes 2020 is a rare, highly sought-after natural white wine from the Jura region of France, produced by renowned biodynamic vigneron Jean-François "Fanfan" Ganevat.
The grapes typically see extended skin contact followed by a very long, patient aging process (élevage) in barrel. Notes of preserved citrus, fresh apple, pear, almond, hazelnut, and wet stone. Made from old vines.
