Brewed for La Sirene's annual Praline Day, this is 1 of 4 spin-offs on their cult-favourite Praline - a cacao, hazelnut and vanilla Stout built on seven specialty malts, real toasted cacao nibs, hazelnuts, vanilla and lactose for a rich, dessert-like base.

This variant features fresh custard added to the boil for extra body and an almost dessert-like creaminess. Deep brown, nearly black, with roasted coffee and dark chocolate on the nose, a touch of tart berry, and a surprisingly bright, dry finish given the richness. Pair with a Portuguese tart or warm churros.
