A blend of hand-picked organic Pinot Noir and 16-year-old organic Chardonnay. The resulting red is fresh and bright, made to be chilled. Lots of juicy raspberry and berry fruit on the palate with subtle peach crispness, with a streak of firm tannins to give shape.
