The Turbo Juice is back. After a vintage-long hiatus the juice is loose! Made from skin-contact Semillon, Turbulent Juice features a powerful nose rich with Christmas pudding, spice and brandy, almost like a fortified frontignac. On the palate it is remarkably refined and structured with an abundance of pleasing phenolics. In stark contrast to previous iterations of TJ this version is low on volatile acidity. Opulent, integrated and balanced with grapefruit and tangerine pith notes. An excellent food wine!
