Picked in March in 2024, this single block Chardonnay is wild fermented in barrel and naturally went through 100% malolactic fermentation. It was left to rest in French oak with little intervention for nine months. The 25 year old vines were hand pruned, carefully manicured throughout the season and hand-picked ensuring only the best fruit goes into each bottle.
