Brewed in collaboration with Perth local liquor merchants Copper & Oak, this Coastal IPA is made for people of the sun. Head brewer Ryan Allen’s recipe features Solero, Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertau Blanc hops. Drinkability is maximised by keeping the malt base lean, clean and coastally crushable. Bitterness asserts yet never dominates, leaving the dry finish to slake the summer heat.
