This is MONS’ first Cabernet Franc, from the Wildberry Farms vineyard in Wilyabrup. The 2025 vintage was so strong that it earned a place under the MONS label. It’s deep ruby, with an intensely perfumed nose of black cherry, raspberry and violet, plus graphite, black liquorice and pepper. The palate is soft and rich, full of dark chocolate, red berries and dark cherry. Melting, ripe tannins carry it to a long, fragrant finish.
