Engineered for maximal hop compound concentration, using excessive late hopping, high dry-hop loads and concentrated hop products to amplify aroma and flavour intensity. Characterised by restrained bitterness and dense colloidal mouthfeel, the style prioritises terpene, thiol and ester saturation over drinkability or balance.
For the flavour: T90 Idaho 7 and Mosaic Cryo in the whirlpool. The excessive dry hop is made up of Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and Citra Abstrax creating an almost overpowering tropical fruit salad bomb.
