DJ teamed up with their Swedish friends to brew Seagull Mullet, a modern West Coast style IPA packed with Simcoe T-90 in both the whirlpool and dry hop for bright, refreshing grapefruit aromas. Simcoe Dynaboost and Cryo Krush amplify the citrus character even further, while a subtle resinous and piney backbone keeps things crisp, punchy, and seriously drinkable.
