Amber Ochota carries on the vibrant, instinctive winemaking her late husband Taras built the label on. "Out of My Head" exists because hail wiped out the usual Fugazi fruit in 2023 — so Amber turned to 60-year-old Wait family vines just up the hill in Blewitt Springs instead. Half whole-cluster, native-fermented and aged six months in seasoned French barriques, it's fleshy and lithe with strawberry, pink peppercorn and a mineral core. Just 1,680 bottles made.
