Pasote Blanco is made from 100% agave in the Tequila Valley of Jalisco, Mexico. It has a mineral-forward flavor, with notes of cooked agave, pepper, citrus, and funk. It is different from the previous version of Pasote Blanco that was made at Distillery El Pandillo (NOM 1579), which had a more citrusy and floral flavor.
