A very Burgundian looking Pinot. Huge dark fruits, brooding across the palate. Although plenty of dark fruit, nothing is overripe. A cool 12.5% makes it less juicy and sweet and instead a more iodine-like and beetroot feel to it. Meaty almost with fruit purity and definition.
