Consistently described as one of Barbados's finest rums and produced by Richard Seale (the great grandson of the founder) at Foursquare Distillery, which also produces rum under the Doorly's label. Notes of coffee and chocolate with less sweetness than other Bajan rums, dry and spicy with a smooth finish. Excellent mouth feel, a rum for sipping.
