Base malt, Munich II and roasted wheat lay down a midnight-black body that's surprisingly light on its feet, with gentle roast and dark bread crust humming away beneath an outrageously stacked hop bill — Rakau, Mosaic, Ella, NZ Rhapzody, Rakau Amplifire, Mosaic HyperBoost, Rakau SubZero Hop Kief and Centennial. Expect fresh berries, guava and tropical fruit balanced against pine, citrus and resin, finishing crisp with that unmistakable West Coast snap and a long, lingering bitterness.
