A West Coast IIPA brewed in collaboration with Good Land Brewing. A stripped-back malt base lets an old-school, all-American hop bill do the talking — Simcoe, Amarillo, Amarillo Cryo, Cryo Simcoe, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe HyperBoost and Mosaic HyperBoost. Pale gold with a crisp white head, it leads with pine, grapefruit, citrus peel and passionfruit before the bitterness arrives with real purpose, cutting cleanly through the tropical fruit and citrus. Dry, crisp and satisfyingly bitter — proof the old ways are still the best ways.
