The grapes for this Stellenbosch Chenin were hand-harvested from 4 different bush vine blocks, 20 to 35 years old, in the Bottelary sub-region.Vinifed 100% in stainless steel with 3 months ageing on lees before bottling. The result is a fruit-driven new world Chenin with pear and citrus notes complimented by refreshing acidity and a soft mouthfeel.
