From winemaker Matt Harrop's cool-climate Macedon Ranges vineyard, this expression includes 10% whole bunches in the ferment for added complexity and fullness. Red and black fruits mingle with poached plum and cassis, joined by ripe cherry, pomegranate and gentle spice, all carried on fine tannins and bright, fresh acidity through to a smooth, structured finish. An elegant, silky Pinot that drinks beautifully now or will reward a few years in the cellar.
