Grown at Siverina's Mooliabeenee vineyard in Western Australia's Chittering Valley, this Cabernet Sauvignon was hand-picked in the cool of the evening, fermented on skins for 12 days and matured for 16 months in French oak. Expect hints of cassis, black plum and cedar, with the structure and depth that come from careful oak-aging. A boutique, small-batch red from one of the northernmost vineyards in the Perth Hills wine region.
