Brewed exclusively with 100% Australian-grown ingredients, this traditional real ale showcases a carefully selected grist of Schooner, Biscuit, Chocolate, Voodoo and Raw Barley from Voyager Craft Malt. Subtle adjustments to the recipe have lowered the ABV slightly and refined the malt profile, creating a beautifully balanced beer with a fresh, expressive palate.

Expect notes of burnt toast, cinnamon and milk chocolate, supported by a light body, gentle malt sweetness and a refreshing finish. Hopped with Red Earth from Ryefield Hops to 19 IBU and fermented with a classic English ale yeast, this unfiltered, can-conditioned beer delivers character and complexity in every pour.
