Building on a Shiraz base, then the additions of Grenache and a touch of Verdelho (as a Madeira style), then matured in old brandy casks. This Rare Tawny displays richness and concentration, but also the complexity and texture so crucial to this unique style. Rich, concentrated, and nutty, finishing medium-dry rather than sweet like a liqueur.
It is produced entirely from Swan Valley fruit, and each bottling represents a blend number and is signed to confirm the date of bottling.
