First, many years of maturation in traditional Whisky Oak mellows the maturating spirit and imparts warming layers of vanilla spiciness. Further maturation in European Oak Sherry casks increases complexity, bringing fruity, honeyed depths. The result is a rich and complex Whisky perfect for sipping.
