Solera is an Australian Wild Ale made with NSW raw spelt and fermented with Wildflower's house culture before being aged in a 2,400 litre foudre. Its recipe is similar to Gold except raw wheat is exchanged for raw spelt, and exhibits savoury marmalade overtones lifted by oak spice.
