A yearly release from Wildflower, the 2024 release features ripe, handpicked, carbonically macerated Gamay from Johansen Vineyards in Tumbarumba, NSW. The resulting beer is supremely bright and juicy with a heap of varietal character. The fourth release to feature Gamay, this one has the depth to sit down and age.
