Soft brett funk and sacch esters on the nose, play nicely with the lemon acidity and chewy oak. Flavours of spices, pepper, farmhouse, tropical fruits and lemon tantalisingly dance along palate. The finish is tart with clean acid and a touch of vanilla. For a full barrel ferment it’s incredibly balanced and delicate.
